When we first met Anjay, we didn’t even know that we were able to buy a property with the limited savings we had. Anjay walked us through the whole process – finding and proposing properties within our budget, negotiating and finally securing a property on our behalf.

We also used his recommended mortgage broker and conveyancer which made the process very smooth and stress free.

A few years later we began looking for our dream home and bid at a few auctions by ourselves; but each time we were unsuccessful. Finally, we found a property and this time we decided to engage Anjay again to do the negotiations on our behalf. Anjay successfully secured the property for us within one day of us engaging him.

From day one he listened to what I was and wasn’t looking for and got very busy on my behalf. Adrian worked around the clock providing me with options and research. He did all the legwork when it came to finding and inspecting properties, kept me in the loop constantly, then lined up viewings of shortlisted properties at times that suited me.

What also stood out was the information he could garner thanks to years in the industry and his strong relationships with real estate agents across the east. I saw properties which I never would have had access to if I were going through the process alone. He also dug around to get information well beyond what the glossy real estate brochures were revealing.

When it came to the negotiation stage, Adrian took much of the uncertainty and stress out of the process for me, and secured me my new home, coming in under budget.

After several frustrating months unsuccessfully ploughing through the Sydney property market with no luck, we engaged Adrian to act for us. His knowledge and effort were first class and within a few short days we exchanged contracts on the perfect house bought prior to auction.

I was initially nervous as to to the value of employing a Buyer's Agent but having now used one, I would strongly recommend it and Oasis Skeen in particular. We easily saved the fee versus what our new home would have sold for at auction (assuming that we could have even won it!). Buying a house is not a daily occurrence for me and so there is a lot to be said for employing someone who is an expert in the market and process of buying property.

Not in a rush to buy another house but if I were, I would definitely use Adrian and Oasis Skeen again. read less

Luckily for us we had a ‘Toto’ (emotional support in the form of Paul Wilcox - buyers agent par excellence). Paul’s professionalism, balanced with a nonsense and pragmatic approach was exactly what we needed. We had experienced being under bidders a few too many times and we were getting very disheartened. We were getting further away from the yellow brick road of Sydney homeownership. Prior to signing with OasisSkeen - other agents were talking about their track records and they will get us into a house because they have a process that’s tried and tested. What I liked about Paul was - he was upfront and honest about not necessarily being able to get us a home and most importantly, not once did he talk himself up - he always focused on making sure he understood what we wanted and the balancing it with what we actually needed. He could be brutally honest but when your spending large sums of money it’s sometimes what you need.
